Built a complete registered apprenticeship sponsor package covering six occupational trades for a Missouri and Kansas vocational institution. Work included Standards of Apprenticeship, wage progression tied to recognized occupational codes, mentor structure, apprentice handbook, EEO plan, and wraparound service integration. Deliverables were assembled as a submission-ready file aligned to state registration requirements.
Community Health Program Development
Developed comprehensive public-sector program responses for Kansas City health initiatives, translating solicitation requirements into structured, implementation-ready program models. Work included program strategy, service-delivery design, scopes of work, staffing structures, outcome measures, implementation timelines, budgets, budget narratives, compliance documentation, and required submission materials aligned with the Health Prosperity Zone framework.

Digital Inclusion & Navigator Program
Designed a digital inclusion and navigator program for a Kansas City initiative, including the program model, workshop track structure, and curriculum framework. Work included intake and tracking structure to support delivery, along with an operations platform prototype.
